These stunning Iridescent Stones are actually mouth-blown glass created using traditional techniques to shape blobs of molten glass into pleasing forms. Recycled glass is transformed from a solid to a liquid using intense heat so that skilled artisans can manipulate the form. These artists create unique designs by blowing through a metal tube to shape the glass. This forms a bubble inside a molten blob of glass dissolving the barriers that separated craft from art. The color process includes iridescent finishes used to brighten the stones. Due to the handcrafted nature of these objects the size shape and color will vary.
