This dryer splitter saves you money by avoiding the high cost of installation for an additional high-powered NEMA outlet which can cost upwards of 1000. Its also lets you enjoy a secondary high-powered NEMA outlet without worrying about your home circuit breaker bearing too heavy of a load as well as helps you manage your power consumption by only sending electricity to the NEMA outlet in use at the time.
