Plus the lid doubles as a self-basting roaster by catching and dripping steam over your turkey while it cooks. Powerful heat ranges from 150 to 450F with dial settings to keep warm and defrost. A red safety light shows when heat is turned on. When its ready use the roasting rack handles to easily lift out your turkey.
