Haul your trailer or boat with Peerless Chain s Trailer Safety Chain that s. This safety chain features Peerless easy-to-use patented latching s-hooks. The safety chain also meets Trailer Class III and is 14 x 72. Two safety chains are required per trailer. Cross the chains under the tongue and allow enough slack to provide turning clearance. Hook the s-hook onto the chain loop or chain plate on the hitch. Do not allow the chains to drag on the road. Never attach the safety chains to the bumper. 5 000 LBS.
