Car Steering wheel with pedal lock Two cross keys Materials Aluminum steel copper PVC Pull the black hook side all the way out. Next turn key counter-clockwise to lock and remove key. Take the hook side and place the hook around the brake pedal. Now take the black hook side and place the black hook around the bottom of the steering wheel. Insert the ribbed metal end back inside the body of the unit and push together until snug. Your vehicle is now protected.
