How to Remove an Office Chair Tilt Control Mechanism 1.Use short screws to install the upper ring onto the cylinder to ensure it can slide along the cylinder. 2.Secure the lower ring onto the cylinder using short screws to ensure a snug fit and prevent slipping. 3. Next tighten the two long screws on the bottom ring. These screws will push up the top ring and lift the disassembly tilt control. 4.To prevent the air pole from repeatedly sinking please remove the top ring and install it at the bottom of the cylinder.
