It features a cool-touch base with low-profile styling and a 10 12- x 16-inch nonstick cooking surface that provides stick-free cooking and easy cleaning. Heavy cast aluminum griddle with built-in backstop ledge provides convenient food handling. The desired cooking temperature is maintained automatically with the Control Master heat control. Slide-out drip tray removes for quick cleanups. Griddle is fully immersible with the heat control removed. Presto Cool-Touch griddle condition is new.
