The flat base allows for freestanding display on any flat surface or safely secured on an elevated railing or platform. Planter fits a standard 2 in. x 4 in. and 2 in. x 6 in. rail and is compatible with most railing sizes between 3 in. and 6 in. W. No tools needed. Features a sealed base and optional knock out drainage holes. The Finley Collection is durable and will last for many-years.
