Description
The La Paella Garcima 16-Inch Dual Ring ButanePropane Gas Burner fits 22-inch diameter pans and smaller ones. It has two concentric rings of flame and two knobs that independently control each ring. The outer ring is 16-inch and the inner ring is 8 12-inch. You can use the inner ring by itself for 16-inch pans and smaller ones. The total BTU output is 38 800. It offers maximum control and flexibility supplying even heat under the entire paella pan. Each ring is controlled by its knob so you can adjust the heat where and when it s needed. It connects to propane tank.
