The 38000 BTU model has a piezo igniter and heats up to 950 sq. ft. quick and effortlessly. Includes a 10 ft. hose and regulator and equipped with a high temperature safety shut-off switch and thermo-electric safety valve to shut down the unit in unsafe conditions so youll have peace of mind to focus on the task at hand.
